The Museum of Appalachia’s signature fundraising event features a dinner + live and silent auctions, as well as wagon rides, live music, square dancing, and more. Proceeds benefit the Museum of Appalachia, a 501(c)(3) organization, and are used in support of their mission to preserve Southern Appalachian history and culture.

The Silent Auction will be administered through the mobile bidding app Handbid. Please download the app now and register for Museum of Appalachia Barn Dance 2026.
The Silent Auction will open for bidding on June 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST, but you can REGISTER NOW, regardless of whether you’re attending the in-person Barn Dance event.
Items will be available for preview starting Friday, June 12, 2026.
